Nice app but terrible support

I got the app in order to do speech therapy with my child. He liked the game but got anxious and defeated due to the built in timer in the game. I contacted the developer via facebook, twitter and even Ellens website but heard nothing back. All I requested was an option to toggle the timer on and off.
